Que debo hacer ahora?? 1. Unificación del TPS
El TPS para 2021 y 2023 está ahora unificado bajo una sola designación. Todos los beneficiarios tienen los mismos derechos y fechas de vencimiento.
2. Nueva fecha de vencimiento
Gracias a la orden del juez y al fallo del Noveno Circuito, el TPS para venezolanos es válido hasta el 2 de octubre de 2026.
3.Protección confirmada
El tribunal bloqueó el intento de Kristi Noem de cancelar el TPS. Sus permisos de trabajo (EAD) siguen siendo válidos y el próximo proceso de reinscripción será el mismo para todos.
