Valentine’s Day is named after an early Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century. There are several legends associated with St Valentine and how he came to be sainted. One story says that Valentine was called before Emperor Claudius and refused to give up his Christianity to become a pagan. Another story is that Valentine was secretly marrying Christian couples, a practice that had been outlawed by the Emperor.

Whatever the reason, Saint Valentine was executed on 14 February in the year 270. It is said that prior to his ex*****on, St Valentine had cured the blindness of his jailor's daughter and his final act was to write her a love message signed ‘from your valentine'.

Throughout history, the day has been associated with love, reconciliation, and dedication. Over the centuries, the story of St. Valentine and the traditions around the holiday has evolved, giving us the Valentine’s Day holiday we know and love today.

This has since become a symbol of love throughout the world. Over time, the church declared St Valentine the patron saint of love, affianced couples, and happy marriages. Now a day to celebrate love and relationships in all stages. 💝💝💝💝

Today I have a little Real Estate education: about Contingencies in a Contract to Sell : Financing contingency: This means that the buyer has the right to back out of the deal if they cannot get a mortgage or other loan to pay for the property.
Appraisal contingency: This means that the buyer has the right to back out of the deal if the property is not worth as much as the agreed-upon price, as determined by an appraiser.
Inspection contingency: This means that the buyer has the right to back out of the deal or ask the seller to fix any problems found during a professional home inspection.
Title contingency: This means that the buyer has the right to back out of the deal if there are any issues with the ownership of the property, such as outstanding liens or disputes over the title.
Sale of buyer's property contingency: This means that the buyer has the right to back out of the deal if their current property does not sell within a certain time frame or for a certain price.
These contingencies are included in a real estate contract to protect the interests of the buyer and/or seller and to provide a way to handle unexpected issues that may arise during the transaction.
