August 27, 2026 10:09 P.M., EST. - How “they” are attempting to engineer the perception of me being a hyperactive crackhead-like individual archetype. What they’ve done AGAIN, is effectively create a boxed in while being observed feeling by way of using the lizard sounds, the vehicle’s exhaust sounds and aerial noises. It makes it feel as if your every move is connected to the outside audio stimulus. Now, if one isn’t careful, they’ll start moving along with the sonic conditioning elements and this will then get weaponized by way of your (literal) steps. Once you step outside and begin to engage with the physical environment, you’ll then likely start to see the vehicles pop up around you or on your path that are seemingly connected to what you perceived inside before getting visual confirmation. This can then induce you, (if you will) to start moving faster. This action alone, at night, for someone that operates in the graveyard shift hours that is simply going about their business with autonomy can be perceived by a primed community as movements akin to a crack head. Knowing that there are some individuals from my past, that would call me “crack-head” back in middle school based on my ability to move unexpectedly fast, who are involved in law enforcement/law-enforcement adjacent. It’s fair to ask whether that intel is being used in this, highly coordinated “discredit him” harassment campaign. Now, to be sure, this can be very annoying but the solution is simple: be present/in the moment in everything that you do. Also, don’t rely on your phone or outside electronic tools to steer your attention away from the annoying coordinated environment. This can also be weaponized by way of notifications getting weaponized, that is, sent to you at various points to shift your attention or give you cues. Remember, that it’s about attempting to modify your behavior/reactions and fight or flight responses. In this sort of “testing” environment the most prudent thing to do, is to stay focused on your objective, move with a sense of urgency but don’t look frantic/rushed or else they’ll create the perception that you're a crack-head-type of individual that is likely unsuccessful in other aspects of life.

The Civil Lawsuit Filing Process by H Vanderbilt Alexander :
1) Got some clarity related to the statute of limitations aka how much time you have until you can't file the lawsuit anymore.
2) I've been contacting firms left and right to no avail but finally received some assistance from the Florida Institutional Legal Services Project (see first attachment). Jessica was kind enough to refer me to Greg Samms Esq. in Coral Gables. I contacted Mr. Samms and told him where I was at (in terms of sending out demand letters and other required letters related to what took place to the right "interested parties".
3) Mr. Samms wrote back and graciously advised me to make a correction to one of the letters and send it out to the Florida Department of Financial Services. Salute to him for doing this for free but he didn't necessarily sign on to take the case. He did tell me his hourly rate of $500 (see second attachment).
4) Prepping the letter to send it out to the Florida Department of Financial Services. In the interim I've been looking at this case: Kenny Ortega vs Miami-Dade County & Joseph Diaz CASE NO. 24-22523-CIV-MOORE out of the Southern District of Florida Miami Division, which is similar to my cases. *Get yourself a pacer account if you ever have to take this route. You can get some intelligence by pulling up the docket report and pleadings (what the lawyers filed) on Pacer. This is key, as you can literally view it from the standpoint of an athletic match/battle (boxing/Futbol/football etc.). Pay close attention to the Judge/Magistrate Judge along with their court rules. Sometimes they issue orders explaining them, if not, go look up the Judge and their rules should be listed on the respective court's website. See the next three attachments to get an understanding as to what took place In the Kenny Ortega vs Miami-Dade County & Joseph Diaz matter. In a nutshell, at some point A "Motion to Dismiss" was filed by Miami-Dade County NOT Joseph Diaz BTW (Docket Number 44), then Kenny Ortega's lawyers filed "Plaintiff's Response In Opposition to the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss" (Docket Number 49) and then Miami-Dade County's attorneys filed a "Reply to Plaintiff's Response In Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss" (Docket Number 56). The case was moving along in Judge K. Michael Moore's court, and was on track for a Jury Trial until Kenny Ortega's attorneys filed a notice of unavailability (Docket Number 61). Ortega's attorneys filed an "Unopposed MOTION to Withdraw as Attorney for Plaintiff by All Plaintiff's Counsel and Firms by Frank T. Allen/The Allen Firm and Rawsi Willliams/Rawsi Williams Law Group for / by KENNY ORTEGA" (Docket Number 62) for some reason and at that point Ortega was left without legal counsel and didn't file any motion based on the Judge's orders. Miami-Dade's attorneys peeped this and filed a "MOTION to Dismiss for Failure to Comply With Court Order (Docket Number 75) and based on that Judge K. Michael Moore filed an order dismissing the case without prejudice *meaning based on possible settlement negotiations & giving Ortega the ability to re-file (Docket Number 76). Important point - Judge K. Michael Moore never ruled on the Motion to Dismiss.
4) I then downloaded all of the motions integral to understanding this case: A- Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Docket Number 44), B- Plaintiff's Response In Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Docket Number 49), C- Defendant's Reply to Plaintiff's Response In Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Docket Number 56) & D- The Complaint (Docket Number 1). Read each of them sequentially and then implemented technology/ai to make the process much more efficient.
