I’m very proud to have been a part of this effort to take these guys down. Websites like this practice a disgraceful form of extortion and make an extremely difficult process even harder for those facing criminal charges.

Two South Florida men were arrested Wednesday on charges related to Mugshots.com, which posts arrest records and booking photographs — and takes them down only for a fee, authorities say.

In the headlines again. This time, in Forbes, a client facing Federal steroid distribution and money laundering charges names WWE star Roman Reigns and Hollywood's Mark Wahlberg as users of the performance enhancing drugs. My statement at the bottom of the article.

WWE's top star has been named as an alleged client of Robert Rodriguez's Wellness Fitness Nutrition, which was raided as part of a steroid investigation last February.

Today, after a 7 hour trial, I was able to secure a not guilty verdict for a client accused of a traffic fatality. Even though my client was found not to be liable for the accident and the death, it was no time for celebration. A family was shattered. Relief and tears came at the verdict but the most amazing thing was watching the son of the deceased give my client a hug at the end of it.
