Miami Partner Frances Allegra and Associate Isabella Sanchez obtained a favorable result for a Broward County daycare operator and its director in litigation involving allegations concerning a minor.

After CSK challenged the claims through early motion practice, the court dismissed several counts and questioned whether the remaining claims were legally sufficient. Facing the threat of sanctions, the Plaintiff later voluntarily dismissed all claims against both CSK clients, while the case continues against the remaining Defendants.
