Median price up 1.8% y/y
What's the situation with sales? 🏡 The median sale price for single-family homes in Florida was $420,000 in March 2026, up from $412,500 the year before. Remember, median is the number in the middle, with 50% of sales above that number, and 50% below. Want to have more of a sense of the other price tiers to get a sense of what is driving the market? Take a look at closed sales by price tier to get a better look. Here we selected the four most common price tiers in Florida to see which category sees the greatest number of sales. We can clearly see that sales in the $300-$399k range have the largest number of sales. While the number of higher priced sales do lift that median price, you can assure buyers that there are still many deals at other ends to be had – market depending of course.
