Please join us in welcoming Merick Lewin to Haber Law!

Merick joins the firm as an Associate in our Construction Litigation Practice Area, where he represents developers, contractors, owners, and community associations in state and federal court.

A graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Merick graduated first in his class, summa cm laude, and earned six CALI Awards. He was also recognized by Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal for achieving one of the highest scores on the Florida Bar Exam.

Beyond his legal practice, Merick is actively involved in the community, having served as Chairman of the Board of Take Stock in Children of Broward County for over five years.
