The Monaco Yacht Show is where the superyacht industry meets. Owners, shipyards, designers, brokers, captains, suppliers and advisers gather around the yachts being built, sold and operated — and around the projects still taking shape.
The 2026 edition brought together 120 superyachts, 60 world premieres, 560 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors from over 120 countries. The fleet ran from 24 metres to yachts beyond 100 metres.

The show is the display. The conversations around it are the business. A few moments from this year’s edition.

With offices in Miami and Palm Beach, Robert Allen Law represents domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters, including yacht builders, distributors, brokers, maritime lenders, buyers and sellers, charterers, and lenders with respect to marine-related contracts, as well as commercial and maritime litigation.

During the 2026 Marine Money Superyacht Forum, held on Tuesday, September 22, at Le Meridien Hotel, Monaco, Robert Allen Law was the event partner and participated in four sessions.

Umberto Bonavita moderated the Brokers Summit on the next generation of brokers, Claudia Casalis moderated the discussion on today’s superyacht finance market and Roberto Rodriguez Allen participated in the Mind the (Funding) Gap session.

Bob Allen engaged Stassi Anastassov, CEO of Ferretti Group, in a one-on-one conversation called, “In Focus.”

The forum brought shipbuilders, lenders, brokers and investors together in preparation for the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show.

Robert Allen Law is pleased to welcome Brook Sommerville to our litigation team.
Monday, August 24 Brook earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022 and her B.S. in Entrepreneurship, 𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑛𝑎 𝑐𝑢𝑚 𝑙𝑎𝑢𝑑𝑒, from the University of Tampa. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a maritime litigation firm, where she practiced admiralty and maritime law representing vessel owners, marinas, and commercial towing companies.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Brook comes from a family with multi-generational roots in the marine industry. She has spent her life on the water, boating throughout Florida and the Bahamas. Her work ethic and genuine passion for boating make her well suited to her areas of practice.
