OFFICE REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT (KENDALL AREA)
• Real Estate Company with 38 years in the area looking for a motivated real estate assistant. This is a full time position. Must live in the Kendall area

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized, responsible, dependable and consistent
• Must have basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma minimum
• Detail oriented
• Some experience in Real Estate matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
• Take and relay detailed messages
• Set up appointments
• Ability to Tenant Relations-provide customer service to tenants by receiving tenant calls and coordinating requests for services. Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction with completed work order requests and/or provide conference service coordination.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as data entry, faxing, filing,
• Real Estate functions - Prepare contracts, Enter listings, follow up on renewals.
• MLS input & listing mgmt.
Salary $480- $520/ week
