Netflix: The Murder of Rachel Nickell (True Crime documentary)
Netflix: The Witness (movie based on the true events named in the documentary)

In 1992, Rachel Nickell was murdered in a public park in the UK. Stabbed over 50 times and SA’d in front of her little boy Alex. The suspect left the 2, almost 3 year old to fend for himself holding onto his mommy’s hand, putting tissues on her “Owies”.
Rachel’s husband Andre’ was left to raise his only son alone and pick up the pieces of a broken puzzle, already clouded with grief.
Though Alex was only 3 years old, Andre’ was pressured to sacrifice Alex to the interrogations and forced troubling psychological sessions by police.
They mentally took him back to the scene of the crime over and over and then took him to the actual physical scene in the woods. Police asked him to relive the last horrifying moments he had with his mommy, all at the behest of Andre’.
Few memories come back, until Alex and his father flee the country in order to escape the insanity around Rachel’s murder.
This documentary exposes the wicked ways of the London police, along with their entrapment of and the trials of the wrong man, accused of murdering Rachel. Eventually the case is closed, but not forgotten. It takes years before resolution, not closure, would be had.
The relationship between Andre and an adult Alex is strained for life. Interviews with father and his now adukt son expose the raw, heartbreaking truth behind the emotional trauma loved ones of murdered mothers endure. Especially when the police investigation is botched.

After watching this true crime doc, check out the movie “The witness” created by Netflix and based on the true story of Rachel Nickell and the turmoil that turned her husband and child’s life upside down forever.

The drama is based on the memoir and experiences of Alex and his father, André Hanscombe.

Listen Linda! If you are entertained & enraged by bossy kids, that feel the world owes them everything, then this True Crime Gem is for you. This docuseries is based on a case I’ve been following since it happened in July of 2022. “The Crash” follows the story of Mackenzie Shrillia. A 17 year old girl from Ohio and the death of her long time boyfriend Dominic Russo and his best friend Davion Flanagan.
On July 31, 2022 Shirilia was leaving a small get together with Dominic and Davion driving her Toyota Sedan. The streets are empty and the streetlights are still a glow. She is seen on traffic cams, following traffic laws, casually headed toward her destination around 5am.
One moment she is turning a corner safely, with her blinker on, driving at the speed limit in a very empty part of town. Within 3 seconds she is seen exceeding 100mph headed directly for a large brick building.
Shirilia is the only survivor of the collision and claims she has no memory of the incident. There is physical and circumstantial evidence to support her guilt and innocence. However, she is currently spending a minimum of 15 years to live in an Ohio State women’s prison for murder.
Do you think she did it on purpose? Or was it an accident? Could it have been a medical emergency? You tell me.
The one thing I did take away from this show, was that her behavior after the incident was quite strange. It actually reminded me of Casey Anthony.
Let me know what your opinion is! I’m dying to discuss it (no pun intended)

“TRUST ME: The False Prophet” by NETFLIX
The Story of a Quirky Cult expert named Christine and her mission to infiltrate a new FLDS sect led by pe*****le Sam Bateman in 2022. Just when you think you’d heard it all…Tiger King meets Sister Wives.

Holy Mother of LDS CULT LEADERS! This NETFLIX True Crime Documentary IS NOT your average Warren Jeffs “Keep Sweet & Obey” It has nothing to do with Warren actually…I almost skipped this one because I was so sick of hearing the same Warren Jeffs story. WELL! This is about a man named Sam Bateman who believes Jeff’s is dead and speaks through him! He’s started his own LDS sect and began taking wives and children into his own kingdom for selfish gratification.
This Documentary is a little bit Sister Wives, a splash of Tiger King, a cesspool of victimization and a whole lot of baffling entertainment. Just when you thought you’d heard enough FLDS True Crime. NETFLIX drops this bad boy into your lap.
If Carol Baskins saved Women from Cult leaders, Christine Marie would in deed be her. Infiltrating Sam Bateman’s private cult of women over the course of a year…she takes a ride in his Bentleys’ & Range Rover, visits his mansions and plays along with his beliefs that he is to Marry the queen of England, all while befriending his many wives in order to turn him into the FBI for SA crimes.
You won’t want to turn this one off!

He then took the 5yo, Brittney to his home where he tied her up and assaulted her.
Police worked hard to find Brittney before Kinn erased all evidence in the form of a living little girl. Thanks to their hard work, they found Brittney alive and unusually well cared for in Kinns home….the unbelievable story is told by Crime Watch Daily and True Crime News on YouTube.

If you couldn’t talk, articulate yourself, show others what you do and don’t like? How would you communicate? What if those things were your reality and you were confined to a wheelchair? If “locked in” syndrome was your diagnosis from birth and you depended on the instincts of the people that loved you the most to make decisions for you, how would you cope?
What if someone highly educated, experienced, trustworthy and kind came into your life and insisted that you had a way to communicate, but it was only possible for them to interpret what you were feeling/saying/doing…would your loved ones trust them?

This True Crime Doc will have you scratching your head and starting controversial conversations in your peer groups. Take a gander if you dare…now showing in Netflix.

Hey ya’ll! I have to say, I am a different breed. I listened to this episode of sword and scale today. I’m ashamed to say that I laughed out loud at some of the details of this horrific murder.
I think with trauma comes a sense of sick humor that not everyone understands….
A man walks into his home to find the decapitated body of a stranger on his living room sofa. The cops find the head 20ft away. Someone had thrown it, like a football down the road…as it rolled it left squiggly, bloody hair impressions. (Why I laughed when the narrator said “it was thrown like a football” I’m not sure…but maybe you’ll forgive me if you listen for yourself….)Who was this person and why was their life taken?

An officer responds to a call of a man exposing himself in a local park. A single officer arrives and contacts the suspect. The suspect admits to showing his “weener”because “he felt like it”. Suddenly the officer is struck and knocked down. The guy takes his taser and baton. Proceeds to beat the officer and tase him multiple times. The cop cant even call for help hes so disoriented. The guy then proceeds to try and gouge the cops eyes out before help arrives in the form of another cop on a segway. When asked why he did what he did, the subject says “because i dont like white people”. How much time do yiu think he got? (The officer has recovered btw)

As a retired police officer, this story made me sick and had me tremblingly, red faced & disgusted. Officers deal with A LOT. There truly are done bad apples. Some might say, “this is how cops treat people so they deserve tk be treated the same”. Thats not fair. This cop was just doing his job. He did not deserve this. Human kind IS FUCT
