The Legal Team, PLLC is pleased to welcome Johana Nieves as a Litigation Attorney.
Johana brings more than seven years of litigation experience representing clients in complex civil matters, including personal injury, negligent security, commercial litigation, construction defect, and first-party property disputes. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for thoughtful legal analysis, strong advocacy, and an ability to successfully manage cases from initial investigation through trial preparation.
Prior to joining The Legal Team, Johana practiced at several respected Florida litigation firms, where she handled all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial support. Among her notable accomplishments is securing summary judgment in a case involving a $15 million claim, demonstrating the strategic thinking and legal writing skills she brings to every matter.
Johana is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base throughout Florida.
