Super excited and thankful to close escrow today on this amazing Duplex in Ocala, FL. I started this project from scratch a couple of years ago and established a new market. There's been a lot of bumps in the road to get this closing, but I never gave up in this tough market and crossed the finish line today! I got full asking price for this sale, and I'm looking forward to scaling these Duplexes. As the rates continue to drop, the future looks bright and excited to provide housing in a growing area like Ocala. 🙏🏠

As a Real Estate Investor, one of the risks involve squatters taking over your rental property illegally by not paying rent or entering and taking possession of your vacant property.

In some states, the squatters have more rights than the landlords and can take years to boot them out.

This is crazy because we work hard to acquire these properties and provide housing.

Thanks to our great Government and a state that is pro business, the risk of squatters causing harm is over in FL! 💪
