📢 SEPTEMBER 2026 VISA BULLETIN IS HERE! 🇺🇸
The U.S. Department of State has released the September 2026 Visa Bulletin, bringing important updates for families and employment-based immigrants waiting for their priority dates.
⭐ One important highlight for families:
The F2A category — spouses and unmarried children under 21 of Green Card holders — is CURRENT under the Dates for Filing chart for all countries.
The September Final Action Date for F2A is:
📅 August 22, 2026 for most countries
📅 August 22, 2025 for Mexico
Other family-sponsored categories, including F1, F2B, F3 and F4, continue to have waiting periods that vary by category and country.
⚠️ Remember: A priority date becoming current does not automatically mean your Green Card is approved. Your eligibility, category, country of chargeability and the chart USCIS authorizes for filing must all be reviewed carefully.
