And remember, most information online and given in seminars, etc., tends to be very surface level, very general. and details matter. A lot.

When discussing Estate Planning, remember that everyone would benefit from making sure theirs is still the right design for them, especially if they haven't reviewed their Will in the last 5 years or so.

One other point - not everyone in Texas needs a trust, but often a trust can be a very valuable tool.
