The limit to submit your BOI report ends this year for LLCs started before 1/1/2024.
Please do not delay filing this report, which brings transparency to businesses and security to our country.

Los dueños de LLCs deben presentar este Reporte de Beneficiario Final o BOI a mas tardar el 31 de diciembre de 2024, si crearon su negocio antes de enero de 2024. A partir de 2025, los negocios creados como LLCs deberán presentar el Reporte BOI con FinCEN.gov dentro de los 3 primeros meses de creación del negocio.
