Here’s a look at the August 2026 median sold price:

📍 Mesa: $490,000
📍 Apache Junction: $420,000
📍 Gold Canyon: $450,000
📍 Gilbert: $600,000
📍 Chandler: $548,000
📍 Tempe: $520,000
📍 Scottsdale: $1,200,000

These numbers show just how much home prices can vary from one East Valley community to another. But remember, a citywide median doesn’t determine your home’s value. Neighborhood, condition, size, upgrades and recent comparable sales all matter.
