For years, I built my business in masculine energy.

Push harder. Chase the deal. Make it happen. Do more. Be more. Never let up.

Whether you’re into the “woo” or not, I’ve learned there’s another way.

Men push. The feminine flows.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped chasing.

I stopped trying to force every deal to happen.
I stopped believing that being exhausted meant I was working hard enough.
I stopped measuring my success by how much I could carry.

And guess what happened?

The phone still rang.
The emails still came.
The deals still closed.
People still referred me.
Business found me.

So my 2027 business plan looks very different.

✨ Less chasing. More attracting.
✨ Less forcing. More trusting.
✨ Less proving. More serving.
✨ Less hustle. More alignment.

My phone will ring.
The emails will flow.

Everyone sees the success. Not everyone sees what it took to build it. 🧡

Seven years in real estate. Over 250 homes sold. And I can promise you, none of it was handed to me.

I’ve built my business one relationship, one conversation, one event, and one client at a time.

There have been sacrifices. Missed family moments. Long days. Difficult decisions. Times when I questioned myself and times when I had to remind myself why I started.

I’ve learned that not every opportunity is the right opportunity. I’ve turned down business because it didn’t align with my values or what I knew was best for the client.

I’ve learned that confidence isn’t arrogance. You can be proud of what you’ve accomplished without apologizing for it. And I hope more women give themselves permission to celebrate their success.

I’ve also learned that the most successful people aren’t afraid to collaborate. There’s room for all of us to win, and another woman’s success doesn’t take away from mine.

Building a successful business isn’t just about the numbers. It’s about your reputation, the relationships you nurture, the people you help, and the person you become along the way.

I’m proud of the business I’ve built, but I’m even prouder that I’ve built it on my own terms.

Success isn’t always what it looks like from the outside. And making it look easy doesn’t mean it was. 🧡

Where you’ll find me when I’m not selling real estate. 🧡

I love what I do, but real estate is only one part of who I am.

At 51, I’m really intentional about how I spend my time and the life I’m creating outside of work.

🥾 Hiking the Superstition Mountains and exploring the beautiful Arizona desert.

☕ Searching for the best coffee spots in Mesa.

✈️ Traveling the world, experiencing new cultures and making memories.

🏄‍♀️ Paddle boarding the Salt River and soaking up those Arizona sunsets.

🍷 Trying new restaurants, enjoying amazing dinners and spending time with my friends.

🌊 Escaping to the beaches of Rocky Point whenever I can.

🥗 Cooking organic meals at home and finding healthier ways to enjoy the foods I love.

This chapter of my life is about balance, new experiences, meaningful friendships, taking care of my health and making time for the things that make me happy.

I’ve worked hard to build a career I love, but I’m equally excited about building a life I love.

Because success isn’t just about what you accomplish. It’s about how much you enjoy the life you’re creating. 🧡

🐎 What if I told you one of Mesa’s most exclusive neighborhoods started with $80 and a horse?

Welcome to Episode 2 of Arizona Real Estate Stories! 🌵🏡

Long before Mesa became the city we know today, the land beneath Fraser Fields was part of Mesa’s agricultural history.

In the early 1900s, Hyrum Smith Phelps reportedly purchased land in the area for just $80 and a mare.

Fast-forward to 1947, and Fraser Fields was being advertised as “Mesa’s Most Exclusive Subdivision.”

With spacious lots, custom homes and beautiful landscaping, Fraser Fields became one of Mesa’s most distinctive neighborhoods.

And decades later, it still has the character that makes historic neighborhoods so special.

As a Mesa native and Realtor, I love sharing the stories behind the places we call home.

Because real estate isn’t just about what a property is worth today. It’s about the land, the people and the history that shaped it. 🧡
