**AI only knows the version of the story you tell it. The court will hear both sides.**

A business owner describes a dispute to AI.

They explain why the other party is wrong, upload a few messages, and ask, “Do I have a strong case?”

AI responds with arguments that sound reassuring. It may even say the facts appear to support the business owner’s position.

But AI has not interviewed the other party. It has not reviewed every email, contract amendment, payment record, or prior conversation. It does not know which facts are disputed—or what evidence the opposing side will use.
