While Chat GPT is a wonderful tool for knowledge and exploration, it sometimes goes a little wayward. I love when clients are informed and willing to discuss the topics most important to them. However, regurgitating Chat GPT's output is very risky and misleading at times.

Returned to the office today after Spring Break vacation. I'm interviewing a potential client and he says his previous attorney was unresponsive, took his money, and failed to appear at a hearing they scheduled. When I asked how he found me he said he googled "most badass female custody attorney in brevard county" and I was at the top.

Curiosity always gets the best of me, and wouldn't ya know- there I AM. HA!

Winning is different in family law. Got a trial judgment today that held BOTH parents accountable for poor Coparenting, lack of participation, finger pointing, and putting their hatred of their ex before the child’s best interests.

BOTH parents have work to do, for the sake of the child.
