A lot of people make the mistake of waiting until their loved one is no longer able to make decisions before taking action on important documents.
I know being a caregiver and all the stress that comes with taking care of a loved one can be overwhelming, and we all feel like there will be time later.
At times things can happen very quickly and before we know it they can no longer remember things, they’re confused, all types of things can happen suddenly.
In the case of notarizations, the signer MUST be alert, willing, and able to sign documents.
They must also be present before the notary.
If you know this is the path for your loved one please don’t wait on needed notarizations because once they’re no longer able to be alert, present, willing, and able there’s nothing the notary can do and other options have to be used.
I am MOBILE, meaning I can come to your loved one.
I can help get your notarizations done.
Feel free to reach out to me if you would like assistance in this area.
I would be glad to help.
