Go deep, go high, and sometimes even go low. Real conversations lead to real relationships and real relationships are what make life feel successful.

Monday morning at Workshop | Events & Classes LI for a 🩷NETWORKING COMMUNITY FOR FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS🩷 breakfast club had the whole room buzzing with motivation and realness.

Some of the most expensive mistakes in business start with a sentence that sounded harmless at the time.

The common denominator? A problem that could have been prevented was allowed to become a problem that needed to be fixed.

Your lawyer should be more than the person you call when things go sideways. And by that, I mean call me.

Bougie brunch 2026 did not disappoint. Congratulations to Beauty Affair with Lindsay Aliseo for a beautiful event and thank you as always to Katherine Nunez for capturing the fun.

A reintroduction never hurts, right?

I’m Rebecca. My goal is to be an approachable and relatable attorney for business owners and entrepreneurs all over New York State. Over my 12 year legal career I’ve learned that people make the best decisions when they operate from a place of information. So here I am- sharing the goods so you can protect your business and yourself. Let’s get it.

I love cookies but my role is anything but cookie cutter.
Tell me what you’re building.
Show me what keeps you up at night.
Let me understand where you’re going.
Then we build the legal structure around it.

Have you ever felt a pinch me moment while it was happening? That was yesterday for me. I had the opportunity to speak at the first ever BABES UNIVERSITY and I’m still in awe- of the amazing girls who chose to attend, the mentors, the vendors, and the vision Jenn Fasano I Biz Consulting for Female Founders brought to life.

My presentation was centered around the idea that you don’t need to know what you want to be when you grow up. It’s a plot twist that goes against everything we’ve been taught. You can move on from something that doesn’t serve you and nothing is ever a waste. Mostly, the magic happens when you do something that lights you up.

Truth be told, today lit me up. 🌟
