If you bring in referrals individually, or through a referral attorney, you will receive a written, guaranteed percentage of the fee.
We have case management systems set up so as to ease the burden of handling cases and communicating with clients.
You will have a staff member who can provide legal secretary assistance, as well as gathering and summarizing medical records.

Good Standing with the Mississippi Bar
Litigation experience required, with personal injury experience strongly preferred
Familiarity and comfort with practicing in federal court is required

Willingness and ability to learn, and follow the rules of, the firm's processes and procedures, including use of firm case management systems
Strong focus on client service, including the ability to effectively communicate with, and instill confidence in, firm clients
Strong interpersonal skills
The Role:
You will be the primary handling attorney on certain cases in litigation, while acting in a supporting role in other litigation cases. You will assist in communicating with current firm clients, and you will occasionally speak with prospective clients where follow-up is needed to assist with ascertaining if the client has a case that the firm can assist on. For those cases that you are primarily responsible for, you will be primarily responsible for all aspects of the case in litigation, including discovery and depositions, expert retention and designation, motion practice, and jury trials. This position is well-suited to someone who wants to focus primarily on practicing law, and being a trial lawyer, without the burdens of actually running a practice.
