Finding the perfect place to call home is a journey—and sometimes, that journey requires a little extra patience, strategy, and trust. ✨
For this , I want to give a massive shoutout to my amazing clients, Flor and Henri Dupart! They recently made the big move to Merced all the way from Bakersfield. 🚚💨
Because they were relocating from out of town, their house-hunting trips had tight schedule limitations. Every time they made the drive up, we packed the day and looked at a lot of houses. It can be incredibly overwhelming for buyers to process that much information in such a short window, but keeping a clear vision and a patient heart makes the final reward so much sweeter!
Our journey also threw us a classic real estate curveball: we actually went into escrow on a different home first, but the home inspections revealed some major issues. 🛑📋
This is exactly why I always stress the importance of home inspections to my clients! It’s my job to have those tough, honest conversations and help you understand your limitations, your non-negotiables, and when it’s time to walk away to protect your investment.
We pivoted, kept searching, and found the true perfect match for them. Congratulations again, Flor and Henri! Welcome to Merced! 🥂🏡

What’s up, Merced! 👋 I am officially back in the office and feeling so refreshed after an incredible, jam-packed vacation in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, my son Jadin, and his girlfriend Liz! 🌲✈️
Swipe through to see some of the highlights from our trip! Here is a little recap of our adventure:
📍 Stop 1: Seattle Vibes & Foodie Finds
We flew into Portland, grabbed the kids, and drove straight to Seattle. Our very first stop? Biang Biang Noodles! We discovered this place last year and Ryan has literally been craving it ever since. Honestly, it was even better than we remembered! 🍜😂
📍 Stop 2: Resort Fun at Tulalip
We stayed at the Tulalip Resort where we did a little gambling, ate amazing food, hit the shops, and placed some sports book bets on the Spurs vs. Thunder game. Jadin walked away very happy with his parlay win! 🏀💸
📍 Stop 3: Classic Seattle Sights
Day 3 was all about exploring! We did some window shopping and took in the local culture at Pike Place Market, visited the Aquarium (we love marine life! 🐟), and wrapped up the day with incredible fresh seafood at Anthony’s.
📍 Stop 4: Portland Treasures & Pinball
Back in Portland, the kids showed us their new apartment and took us to the Pinball Museum. Wow. Every single inch of this massive building was packed with memorabilia, classic retro video games, and newer ones. It was an absolute blast from the past! 🕹️👾
📍 Stop 5: Movies & Tex-Thai Fusion
As a massive movie family, we had to catch the Mandalorian & Grogu movie together. 🎬 Afterwards, the kids took us to one of their absolute favorite spots: Eem. It’s a Tex-Thai fusion restaurant and it is unbelievable. If you ever visit Portland, put this on your bucket list—but get there early because there is always a line! 🪵🍛
It was the perfect getaway, but now I’m back, fueled up on great food and family time, and ready to help you move toward your real estate dreams here in Merced! 🏡✨

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Their courage reminds us that the greatest acts of service are rooted in sacrifice, dedication, and love for something bigger than ourselves.

As we spend today with family, friends, and those we hold close, may we also reflect on the blessings we have because of those who served so selflessly.

Let this Monday be a reminder to move forward with gratitude, purpose, and intention. Chase your dreams, appreciate the moments that matter, and never take freedom or opportunity for granted.

Happy Saturday! ☀️ There is something so incredibly special about a long holiday weekend, especially when it involves stepping away from the daily routine to make memories.
This weekend, I am officially trading in the real estate files for some quality vacation time with my family! ✈️🤍 As much as I love helping my amazing clients find their perfect homes here in Merced, nothing beats the feeling of packing a bag and heading out for an adventure with the people who matter most.

With Memorial Day weekend here, it’s the perfect time to honor the brave individuals who served our country—and right here in Merced County, we have a living tribute to that history at the Castle Air Museum. 🇺🇸✨

Recently, the Merced County Association of Realtors had the absolute privilege of holding our meeting right at the museum. We received some incredible updates from our Board Chairman, Major General Clay Garrison (US Air Force, Retired), and Board of Directors member Jeff Stopper shared the latest on the Pavilion Project. 🏛️

Right now, the museum is officially halfway to their goal of getting these historic military aviation time capsules under protective hangars and canopy covers. These aircraft carry the stories of American history, and protecting them from the elements is crucial for future generations. ✈️
Preserving this legacy takes a village. This Memorial Day weekend, let’s come together to support their mission! 🤍👇
