Two closings this week!

New beginnings!! 🏡🇺🇸🎉🧳

We battled the spiders 🕷️ 🏡 looking for the perfect fit for my first time homebuyer. And we did it!

My listing sold in Dallas, GA also to a gal that was buying a home for the first time with “just her name on it”.
I know that feeling and I was thrilled to see her get my sellers cute house!

So many doors open and close each day in our lives. And to be a witness and protect my families throughout the process is very rewarding. ❤️

🏡 **CLOSING DAY — AFTER 4 MONTHS!** 🎉🔑

Today is a BIG day! My buyers saw a vision for their family a beautiful home in the country and we worked together to make that vision a reality. ❤️

This was definitely not a “smooth sailing” transaction. Over the past four months, we tackled just about everything you can imagine… a **new well, electrical, plumbing, propane, inspections, repairs, contractors, and plenty of unexpected challenges along the way.**

Honestly, after this one, I feel like I could have earned myself a general contractor’s license! 😂

These are the transactions that make you a better agent. The challenging ones. The ones that require you to problem-solve, communicate, negotiate, stay on top of every detail, and keep moving forward when things don't go according to plan.

I am so incredibly happy to see them finally get the keys to the home they envisioned for their family. What a journey and what a beautiful ending!
