Per Executive Order No. 26, Governor Lee suspended the Online Notary Act until May 18, 2020. The Order allows notaries and witnesses to notarize and witness documents remotely without the special licensure normally required. This is a great solution for any of our clients who prefer to conduct their closings remotely during this time if an Online Notary is not available.

In conjunction with the rest of our community, we recognize the seriousness and danger of the spread of COVID-19. So over the course of the next week, we will implement a plan of action to keep our employees and clients safe and healthy. We will discuss strategies to prevent unnecessary spread of illness and some of us may work remotely. However, we remain open for business and these measures will not impact our ability to take care of our clients' needs.
