A Memphis startup envisions an immigration law platform powered by artificial intelligence.
On February 29th, partner Adam Cohen served as a discussion leader for the American Immigration Lawyers Association webinar entitled “Navigating the J-1 Two-Year Home Residency Waiver for Physicians.” Mr. Cohen was joined by esteemed leaders in immigration, Benjamin Kurten, Alison Hitz, and Liya Green.
The group explored the origins of J-1 restrictions, the limited availability of area waivers, and distinctions between programs. Additionally, they delved into discussions about humanitarian J-1 waivers and considered alternatives to the waivers.
