A 45 year old police officer was injured when the Defendant fell asleep at the wheel, crossed over the double yellow line from the opposite side of traffic and crashed into our client's vehicle at a high rate of speed. As a result of the accident, our client sustained significant injuries to his neck and back. The injuries caused him to step down from the force resulting in significant economic loss.
