A 52 year old male was injured when he was rear ended with such force that he was pushed into the vehicle in front of him resulting in a total loss of the vehicle. He claimed injuries to his neck and back ultimately resulting surgery. A 45 year old police officer was injured when the Defendant fell asleep at the wheel, crossed over the double yellow line from the opposite side of traffic and crashed into our client's vehicle at a high rate of speed. With years of experience in elder law, Robert brings a strong background in estate planning, estate administration, Medicaid planning, and Article 81 guardianships.
