Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.—a leader whose courage, conviction, and commitment to justice continue to shape our country and the legal profession.

Dr. King reminded us that unarmed truth and unconditional love are not passive ideals, but powerful forces for lasting change. His work challenges each of us to lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose—especially when it is hard, inconvenient, or uncomfortable.

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our firm is closed today so that we may pause, reflect, and recommit ourselves to the values he championed: equality, dignity, service, and justice.

May we honor his legacy not only in remembrance, but in action—through how we serve our clients, support our community, and show up for one another.

We will resume normal business hours tomorrow.

📜✨ Today is Constitution Day—a reminder of the framework that protects our freedoms, shapes our democracy, and ensures the rule of law in America.

On September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed in Philadelphia. More than just a historical document, it’s a living blueprint that continues to guide our courts, our rights, and our responsibilities as citizens.

As a business, contract, and brand attorney, I’m especially mindful that the Constitution’s guarantees—like due process and equal protection—form the foundation of our entire legal system. Whether in the courtroom, the boardroom, or your everyday life, the Constitution protects the principles of fairness and justice we all rely on.
