A few members of our team spent the evening at Southern Caramel learning how to make their famous caramel apples.

Sarah showed us to a behind-the-scenes look at the kitchen, showed us how their handmade caramels are cut and wrapped, and then put us to work creating our own sweet masterpieces.

Experiences like this remind us why supporting local businesses matters. They're a big part of what makes the Space Coast so unique.
