First, Blue Ribbon School District award, this home is located near the Montour trail and all the shopping in North Fayette/Robinson areas, plus, not to brag but West A just got itself a Starbucks and Aldi, Coach Palko is back. Great reminders. Checking my window caulking has been on mine. You might be surprised how many homes have water damage around the windows. And don’t forget to keep those lintels painted and rust free. That’s what causes the step cracking in the bricks near windows and over garages.

Interesting stat. The mls closed transactions are down 29% from 2025. All locations. Some areas are always thriving. But the overall, is down.
