Kind words like these mean so much to our team. 💚

Being trusted by clients and respected within the legal community is something we never take for granted. Amy brings experience, compassion, and dedication to every case, and we’re grateful to see that reflected in the people she’s worked with over the years.

At Tysons Trial Law, we believe strong advocacy should always come with personal attention and care.

If another driver causes the crash, their insurance may be responsible for your damages, but that does not mean you should navigate the claims process alone. 🚗⚖️

Insurance adjusters work for the insurance company. An attorney works for you by helping communicate with insurers, evaluate your damages, understand available coverage, and protect your interests before you make important decisions about your claim.

If you’ve been injured in a car accident, Tysons Trial Law is here to help. 🤍 Reach out to us at (703) 888-5535 for a free consultation.

A guy in a pickup pulled over, said he saw the whole thing, then drove off before anybody got his number. That witness is gone now.

Your phone at the scene does more work than you think. Wide shots of where the cars actually came to rest. Both license plates. The lane you were in, and the name and number of anyone who stopped. The VDOT cameras over the interchange won't fill that gap later, because they don't record or store footage. Police bodycam video can sit in the system for months, but a dashcam often loops over itself within hours to days, depending on the card and the resolution.

Virginia bars you from recovering anything if your own negligence contributed to the crash in the slightest degree. The pictures you took are what answers the adjuster's version of who drifted into whom.

Save our number in your phone before you ever need it: (703) 888-5535.

Virginia drivers, take note. Live streaming while driving is now illegal in Virginia.

Since July 1, 2026, going live on TikTok, Instagram or any other social platform while you drive can cost you:

First conviction: a fine of up to $500
Second conviction: a 30-day license suspension
Third or later: a 90-day license suspension

The one exception is going live to report an emergency or a crime.

Live streaming can wait. Keep your eyes on the road and get where you're going safely.

Send this to a friend who goes live from the car.

Many people assume the police report is the final word after a crash, but that's not always the case. 👀🚨

While a police report can be an important piece of evidence, fault may also depend on witness statements, photographs, video footage, medical records, and other available evidence.

Every accident is different, which is why it's important to understand all of your legal options. ⚖️ Have questions about your case? Give Tysons Trial Law a call at (703) 888-5535.

Virginia drivers, take note: passing a stopped school bus in Fairfax County can get you a $250 fine, and the bus camera may be what catches you.

When the red lights are flashing, stop and give the students room to get on or off safely. Keeping kids safe is worth a few seconds of anyone's commute.

🚨 Someone offers you $10,000 right after a car accident.

Do you take it?

A quick settlement can feel like a relief when medical bills, missed work, and stress start piling up. But here’s the catch:

❗ Some injuries don’t fully show up right away.
❗ Treatment can last longer than expected.
❗ Once you accept a settlement, you may give up the right to ask for more later.

Insurance companies know most people want to move on quickly. That’s why it’s important to understand the full extent of your injuries before making a decision.

The first offer isn’t always the final value of your case.

💬 Be honest: Would you take the $10,000 or wait?
