April took me to London for Mega Camp UK and Elevate London 2026, and it turned out to be more impactful—and more personal—than I expected.

Mega Camp UK 2026 was centered on building a business that scales. Being in a room filled with agents from all over the world reminded me how important systems, structure, and people are when you want to grow beyond just one market. It was a space full of ideas on how to create consistency, leverage tools, and build a foundation that can actually support long-term growth.

Elevate London 2026, on the other hand, was a deeper experience. It wasn’t just an event—it was a gathering of agents from around the world coming together to learn, reflect, and grow. We listened to coaches, entrepreneurs, and motivational speakers who shared real experiences on how to build yourself, your mindset, and your brand with intention.

For me, it became less about what I do and more about who I’m becoming while doing it.

It was a reminder that growth starts within—how I think, how I carry myself, and how I show up in my work and in my life. Being in that environment pushed me to look at my own journey differently and to be more intentional with how I continue building Emerica Homes.

I left with clarity, perspective, and a stronger understanding that business growth and personal growth will always go hand in hand.

London was a reset in more ways than one. 🌍
