A little late… but this one is worth celebrating! 🎉✨

June was a BIG month! I was recognized by my broker as Top Producing Rookie – Written Volume. 🏡

Stop trying to time the housing market. 🛑⏰

Everyone is stressing over mortgage rates right now, but almost nobody looks at the actual history behind them. Today’s rates only feel sky-high because we are comparing them to one of the most unusual, anomaly-driven periods in U.S. history: the 2-3% era of 2020-2021.

Let’s put things into perspective:
📈 1981: Mortgage rates peaked above 18%
📉 2021: Rates bottomed out below 3%
🏡 Today: We are hovering right around the long-term historical average

The truth? Waiting for the “perfect” time to buy rarely works out. While buyers sit on the sidelines waiting for rates to drop, home prices, rents, and market competition keep climbing.

The real question shouldn’t be: “Will rates ever get back to 3%?”
It should be: “What is waiting actually costing me?”
