Continuing to learn and grow is part of how we serve our clients well. Last month, partners Chase Evans and Mary Beth Sullivan had the opportunity to attend an excellent CLE program in New Orleans.

The presenters delivered thoughtful, practical insights, and we appreciated the chance to connect with colleagues and discuss developments in the law (especially given the rapid advancements in AI and the changing landscape of the legal profession).

Professional development like this allows us to stay sharp, bring new perspectives back to our practice, and continue providing the high level of representation our clients can count on.

And of course, it never hurts to learn in a city as vibrant and historic as New Orleans.

Our leadership team spent a few days in Broken Bow, OK for a much-needed retreat — a chance to step away from the day-to-day and focus on the bigger picture.

We spent time reflecting on where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and how we want our firm to operate at its best — for our clients, our team, and our community. There were great discussions, a lot of laughter, and late-night conversations that reminded us why we love what we do and who we get to do it with.

Grateful for the time to connect, plan, and strengthen the foundation we’re building together.
