Be wary of your insurance broker/agent's advice on paying for "Uninsured / Underinsured" Motorist Coverage.

Many decide not to pay for it, beliving it to be unnecessary. This can be a costly mistake if you or a loved one is ever hurt in an accident.

This week we defended a man accused of stalking. He was accused of stalking by the police, despite the complaining witness never stating she felt stalked, harassed, or threatened.

We are pleased to report that after being prosecuted for over a year to the point of trial, the jury returned a verdict today of NOT GUILTY on all counts.

Thank you to the jury for the right result on a case that never should have been brought in the first place.
