A real estate dispute ended in a jury trial today. Nate and Emmett Arnold represented two co-defendants, a widow and her late husband's estate, against a plaintiff trying to assert ownership of a piece of property.

The trial lasted just short of a day and a half. The jury was out for deliberations just over five minutes. Verdict for the defendants.

We are very glad to have had the opportunity to help this widow as much as we did. She said hallelujah and praised the Lord after it was all over, and we join in giving God the glory!

Having been in practice over 16 years now, I've helped many clients, and some some clients I've helped through numerous events in their lives.

One sweet lady hired me 10 years ago to help her with the probate of her husband's estate.

Then I handled a divorce for one of her sons. Then I drew up estate planning documents for her and for her older son.

Then she lost her sons and I helped her with the probate process again. Now she has passed away, and I'm helping her friends with the probate of her estate. She was a very sweet lady. She always had a smile and a hug for me, even when things were going against her.
