During the pendency of this litigation, we were only processing renewals, however this decision will allow initial DACA applications once again.
*If you were under 31 on June 15, 2012
*Came to the US before your 16th birthday
*Have continuously resided in the US since June 15, 2007 to now
*Was present without lawful status in the US on June 15, 2012
*In school, graduated from high school including GED, or honorably discharged veteran
*No felony, significant misdemeanor, three or more misdemeanor convictions and not a threat to national security or public safety
