Today was a gloomy and sad day outside but it was all sunshine and happiness this morning at the Mcallen Convention Center where my very sweet client along with 432 others took the Oath of Allegiance to the United States! So happy she took the leap after so many years of residency!

A client whom I thought would end up being held in immigration custody indefinitely or receive a very high bond will be released on his own recognizance after discussions with ICE-ERO! What a fantastic way to start the week!!!!!!

Great week so far! Was able to have a client’s probation terminated early and obtained an immigration bond for another client who was transferred from Port Isabel to Louisiana, he will reunite with his family and fight his case out of detention. 🙌🏽
