We are looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to assist and support one of our trial attorneys. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing and attending trials.
Requirements

• minimum 5 years experience working at high paced civil litigation firms
• Proficiency in E-filing
• Typing ability of 60 words a minute
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Legal writing skills to draft legal motions and pleadings
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc)
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
• Provide assistance with case settlements
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
