First Realty was established in McAlester, Oklahoma by Robert Saunier and is one of the oldest and largest full service Real Estate Company in Southeastern Oklahoma. Development activities began in 1962 with the dedication of Redbud Acres and have continued for over 50 years under the ownership of The Saunier Family, currently headed by Randall S. The company has developed two major subdivisions in McAlester, (Redbud Acres & Green Meadows), comprising over 550 homes. It has developed and operated three area Motels and a number of Commercial properties much of which the company owns and leases. Included among the properties owned are over 130 apartment units and several new subdivision plans for the future extending well beyond 2030. The subdivisions planned and under development are Rocky Ridge. It also plans additional Multi- Family projects in and around McAlester.

Cully was born and raised in McAlester, OK. He was a student at Lakewood Christian School. He coached the Lakewood Boys team to the 2013 State Championship in their division, and they won. He also attended EOSC and ORU, then in 2011 he married his best friend, Morgan Saunier Stevens. He worked hard and advanced in his career, then was appointed Managing Broker of First Realty, Inc., in 2014. He loves the city of McAlester and is very involved in the community!
