HUGE congratulations to my first-time home buyers!! 🥳🏡
This journey started casually last year, touring homes, figuring out what they loved (and definitely didn’t love) in a first home. Then life happened, plans shifted, and we had to pause during a major transition. When Jared reached back out, we hit the ground running and found a great fit on day one… multiple offers later, and yep, you guessed it, we came up short.
Over the next few weeks, we toured several more homes, and of course, the day before I leave for a 7-day cruise with no WiFi and questionable service, we find THE ONE. Finally, after nearly two weeks at the negotiating table, the circumstances shifted, the stars aligned, and this deal became officially official ✨
