The housing market has been pretty vanilla over the past month or so. No major changes one way or the other.

Things I'm watching- what's going to happen with the Federal Interest rate at the next meeting. The meeting this month brought mixed reviews, some expecting a rate hike before years end, others saying not much to report.

Earning reports- most consumer reports are down but a very modest 1-3%, nothing to get too scared about unless you're a Fortune 500 company.

Mortgage rates steady around 6.65-6.75.
Sales DECREASED last month.
Prices INCREASED around 1%.

What are your predictions for the. next 6 months?
Stay the course?
Doom and Gloom?
The housing market goes bananas?

Today is a great reminder why it’s important to change your furnace filter! If you haven’t lately make sure you do so your house can filter any smoke that got in!

What’s up with real estate this week?
Mortgage rates- flatlined. Very meh. Not moving much. 6.5-6.6 average. 🥱
Inventory- down. Everyone is sitting on a beach right now. Unless you’re reading this, then you are probably at work which, I am sorry for you. You should go find a beach. 🏖️
Houses that are priced right are still going like hotcakes but if it’s priced wrong, buyers are happily playing the waiting game. 💵 ⏰
