Matthews 28104 has a much higher average median closed price than 28105 where average closed price to list price ratio is 94% compare to 100% in 28104. Matthews 28104 has quite a bit of new construction that likely accounts for the closed price and the sale/list ratio.

We’re excited to introduce Walk Matthews, the Town’s new Pedestrian Plan designed to improve walking conditions, identify gaps in our sidewalk network, and guide future pedestrian projects throughout Matthews. Funded in part by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Integrated Mobility Division (IMD), Walk Matthews will enable Town staff to fund and construct pedestrian projects efficiently.

As part of this process, we want to hear from our residents. Your feedback helps us understand how you walk around town, where improvements are needed, and what you’d like to see in the future!
