How is the market in Matthews 28104 and Matthews 28105 this July compared to last July. In 28104, the median price is up 5.61% while the median price fell in 28105 by 4.38%. The number of new listings in both areas is similar in July and both areas are still selling quickly at nearly 100% list to sale price on average. The Matthews area market has softened in the last year. In Matthews 28104 the number of homes sold compared to last June is -1.5% and the number of new listings is off 29.63%. However, the median sales price is up by 5.35%. In Matthews 28105 homes sold are off by 37%, median sales price -2.96% and number of new listings -16.13%.
