DPOA - Power of Attorney routinely includes the ability to make many financial, real estate and medical decisions that allows someone you have selected to essentially step in and act on your behalf if you were incapacitated. This is important since the Durable Power of Attorney only kicks in when you are declared disabled. Do you have your DPOA selected and the proper paperwork filed? If not contact me.
