an important Food and Drug Administration Committee addressing the withdrawal of a dangerous drug. A native of Sacramento, CA, Mike Hackard has litigated in state and federal trial and appellate courts. His media experiences include national television interviews (C-SPAN, Fox News – Neil Cavuto), regular regional television interviews and both national (The Wall Street Journal) and local newspaper stories. Mike Hackard currently represents a significant number of estate, trust, elder financial abuse and catastrophic injury (personal injury and wrongful death) litigation. As a graduate of the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Hackard remains committed to the study of law and its applications in business. He considers education a lifelong process and has attended executive-level programs at Dartmouth University’s Tuck School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and Northwest University’s Kellogg School of Management.
