We missed last week's on Facebook, but there's still time to celebrate! I'd like to recognize our newest Partner, Jacob Ouzts! Jake has been with our firm for almost 12 years and just became a Partner in January 2021.

Jake graduated from University of California, Davis with his B.A. in Political Science (with Honors). He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate and become a 2009 Magna Cum Laude graduate as well as the winner of multiple Witkin Awards. It's safe to say Jake likes to set the bar high.👏

He now works in our Litigation Department and has experience that ranges from representing individuals to corporations, from cases as small as $10,000 to cases as large as $100,000,000, principally involving commercial litigation, real property/construction disputes, partnership disputes, corporate litigation, and contract disputes. Jake also has transactional experience primarily related to real estate and business entity matters. Jake’s wide range of practice areas allows him to apply his knowledge base from one area of law to another, in an effort to create innovative solutions to the complex legal issues that our clients face.

Jake has been recognized by his peers as one of the top litigators in the Sacramento region, as recognized by the Sacramento Magazine Top Attorneys list for the years 2017 and 2018.
