We cannot be more pleased with Robert from RL Inspections! Not only was he able to help us with such short notice, on a holiday weekend!, on his anniversary!- but was also so thorough, never rushed, explained every detail and provided an in-depth home inspection report, termite report and pool inspection within 24 hours. Aside from that, I really appreciate his professionalism and sweet personality, it made it feel like there was someone you trusted on your side, who was highly knowledgeable. You understood every detail of your home to be. I highly recommend his services, as you won’t be disappointed.

Yup, they don't build them like this anymore. A 43 year old water heater manufactured June 1979 that is still operational.🔍

How low can you go! A crawl space water heater, I don't know how the installers were even able to fit this in.

This kitchen had a120v homemade extension cord using flat TV wire and thumbtacks.

No room, no problem. Just install the water heater in the ceiling horizontally, the brackets should hold it in place just fine.
