Our Story

Fired? Tired? Get Inspired! Helping people wrongfully fired and harmed at work to correct problems and live fully again. Job safety, job rights & whistlebower protection. After a successful career at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Susan felt called to help her neighbors in West Virginia. Many people from Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Counties talked with her about job rights and employers violating safety rules. With the support of the West Virginia Employment Lawyers Association (wvela.com), Susan has been helping West Virginians correct workplace problems ever since.

In 2017 we moved our growing practice to the Hub in downtown Martinsburg. The Hub has a large off street parking lot, wifi, and a cafe. See the link to a great menu. Parking meters require a quarter for each hour.
