Pill and Pill PLLC Pill & Pill, PLLC is a real estate law firm in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Richard A. Pill and David D. Amanda E. Steiner joined the firm in 2001.

Pill are the founders of the law firm Pill & Pill, PLLC. Richard “Rick” Pill began practicing law in 1977, with his brother David “Dave” Pill joining him in 1982. Matthew Leonard joined the firm in 2015 and Jonathan Wertman joined the firm in 2016. Rick Pill has an undergraduate degree as well as his Doctorate in Law from WVU. Dave Pill has an undergraduate degree from WVU and his Doctorate in Law

from Ohio Northern University. Steiner has an undergraduate degree from Shepherd University and her Doctorate in Law from WVU. Matt Leonard graduated from WVU for undergraduate and Doctorate in Law. Jon Wertman also graduated from WVU for both his undergraduate and law degrees. The firm has always focused on Real Estate with an emphasis in Residential and Commercial Settlements. Pill & Pill, PLLC and all its members and staff have a mission to provide service to its clientele with dignity and respect. They strive to complete a project by making the client’s experience peaceful and professional. Further, Pill & Pill, PLLC and its staff have dedicated their time and resources to give back to the communities they have resided and worked in.

EPEC’s mission is to protect victims, prevent violence and empower survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking. The West Virginia Bar Association hosted their annual Real Estate Law Conference last weekend. All five attorneys attended either in person or virtually. Matt Leonard spoke as a panelist during the “real estate roundtable.” We attend these conferences to stay at the forefront of our profession.
