Most people think having a will means their estate plan is complete.

It’s a good start. But it may not do everything people expect.

A will only takes effect after death and typically goes through probate.
A trust, on the other hand, can be used during your lifetime and may help avoid that process entirely.

They serve different purposes.
And for many people, the right plan includes both.

I really enjoyed being part of the Rockland Council on Aging’s “Live Your Life Well” fair this .

Events like this are a reminder of why I do what I do. I had the chance to connect with so many thoughtful, kind people, each with their own story and perspective. One of the highlights was meeting a local artist who generously shared the most beautiful handmade bookmarks with me.

I’m grateful to have been part of a day centered around wellness, connection, and community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello!
