We opened our first Florida office 10 years ago in my hometown of Naples. It started with my vision to expand the company outside the Northeast, with Matt & Molly Lane to help build our Southern footprint from scratch. Our successful partnership with Dan Prud’homme and team in South Carolina began in 2023, now we’re in Bluffton Hampton Hall/Westbury Park, Charleston, Clemson, Greenville, Hilton Head Island and Beaufort by Jan 2027. William Raveis is the only family-owned real estate company serving all these luxury markets.
