Part Time Real Estate Paralegal.

Our office is primarily a residential real estate law firm.

We are in need of a paralegal who has experience with residential real estate transactions. Preferably a minimum of 3 years on site experience.

This position does have room for growth. The candidate must be able to work on-site in the office.

Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Working closely with team members to resolve a variety of day-to-day issues.
Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work product within stated deadlines.
Document preparation related to the Purchase and the Sale of residential homes.
Working closely with lending institutions to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
